Terms of Use

Sholi Learn is an online educational course on stock fundamental analysis: financial statements, valuation, business models, cycles, behavior, and special situations. Lessons are interactive and use data from public SEC filings and Yahoo Finance.

Access to the course requires an account created with a valid email address. The account is personal — keep your sign-in credentials private. One account is meant for one person.

After a successful payment is confirmed, the full course is unlocked on your account. There is no subscription — access does not expire.

You may study the course at your own pace, take notes, and apply what you learn to your own work.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or republish course materials in any form, including screenshots, videos, transcripts, and full or partial copies.
• Share your account with others or use one purchase to grant access to multiple people.
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise extract course content for purposes other than personal study.
• Use the service in ways that disrupt it for other users or attempt to bypass payment or access controls.

All course materials — text, illustrations, code, interactives, lesson structure — belong to Sholi Learn. Buying the course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to learn from the materials, not ownership of them.

The course is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate, available, and up to date, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or any specific outcomes — financial or otherwise — from studying it.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms — for example, sharing materials publicly, abusing the platform, or reselling access. In such cases payments are not refunded (see Refund Policy).
